The Bureau of Justice Statistics is seeking an agent to conduct data collection and related activities for the National Pretrial Reporting Program (NPRP) 2020. The NPRP provides information on the criminal case processing of defendants charged with felony offenses in state criminal courts, with a particular focus on pre-trial release and detention. This program will expand the NPRP collection, which historically collected data from state courts in 40 of the 75 largest counties, to be more representative of the United States as a whole.
Applications are due on June 2, 2020, by 11:59 p.m. ET.
