The Arizona Supreme Court just ruled for an extreme abortion ban that fails to protect women when their health is at risk or in cases of rape or incest – and it was first enacted in 1864.

Trump announced that he believes it is up to the states for these decisions, which we have already seen as harmful and dangerous. The Florida Court ruled to uphold DeSantis’ 15-week abortion ban, which means his even more extreme six-week ban will take effect in less than 30 days.

Reproductive healthcare is a human right, and we must show we do not stand for these restrictions. Sign your name if you agree that everyone deserves the right to make their own healthcare decisions and access to abortion care.
 

MAGA extremists want a total abortion ban that is cruel and an attack on our fundamental freedoms. Abortion should be in the hands of the person who is pregnant, plain and simple.

Life-threatening abortion bans are inhumane and put mothers’ lives at risk. No one should have to beg or travel far to access healthcare. As a member of the Pro-Choice Caucus, I will not stop fighting for women’s reproductive rights and freedom.

The stakes are only getting higher as we get closer to Election Day. It’s critical that we fight back and show this is not what our community stands for.
