A new addition will be included this year at the GLAAD Media Awards in New York. The “Queer Fan Favorite” honors television and film projects that have resonated most strongly with audiences around the world, as demonstrated by their robust viewership, immense social media followings, and formidable fandoms. These projects have had a profound impact on accelerating acceptance for LGBTQ people, and are now going head-to-head to see who is truly the "Queer Fan Favorite."

GLAAD wants you to vote on your favorite TV series or film from a list of contenders from the past year. You also have the option to write in a project, if your favorite is not reflected in the list of ten.

"Queer Fan Favorite" nominees include:

Bottoms (Amazon MGM Studios' Orion Pictures)

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC)

Harlem (Amazon MGM Studios)

The Last of Us (HBO)

Red, White & Royal Blue (Amazon MGM Studios)

Station 19 (ABC)

What We Do In The Shadows (FX)

The winner will be announced at the GLAAD Media Awards in New York on Saturday, May 11th. Voting ends on Wednesday, April 17 so get your vote in before it’s too late.
