John, the clocks have changed, flowers are blooming and the weather is getting warmer. If the arrival of a new season has inspired you to start spending more time outdoors, now could be the right time to find your Wellness Walk.
This summer, our iconic Wellness Walks are coming to six cities across the UK – giving you the perfect opportunity to prioritise your own wellness and help us to provide vital support to the people that need it. Whether you plan to walk alone, with family or even with a furry friend, you’ll be in good company as you take on your Wellness Walk surrounded by hundreds of fellow walkers.
As a wellness walker, you’ll get a downloadable wellness journal, a Wellness Walk t-shirt, a finisher’s medal and the chance to tap into some brilliant fundraising rewards so, what are you waiting for?
