My plan to prevent future infant formula shortages.

Folks,

No parent should ever have to worry about whether they can find infant formula or if it’s even safe for their child to drink.

That’s why I’m proud to introduce the Infant Formula Made in America Act to expand operations for small infant formula producers here in the United States and keep formula on our shelves.

Will you show your support for this critical legislation by becoming a citizen co-sponsor of my Infant Formula Made in America Act today?

Two years ago, our country faced a massive infant formula shortage when the FDA recalled three popular formulas. Back in January, we saw a company recall more than 675,000 cans of formula due to potential contamination.

We need to get ahead of this alarming issue by establishing a tax credit program for small, U.S.-based formula producers with safe practices. That’s exactly what my legislation will do.

Please sign on as a citizen co-sponsor of my Infant Formula Made in America Act to support working Americans and ensure small children who rely on formula get the nutrition they need.

Thank you for signing on,
