The Arizona Supreme Court decided to enforce a near-total ban on abortion with no exception for rape or incest that was originally passed in 1864…before Arizona was even a state, and before women even had the right to vote!
Emerge alum Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs said that it goes “completely against what the overwhelming majority of Arizonans support, and we need to respond immediately.”
