Push back against gender radicalism!

Dear John,

Earlier this week, the Vatican released a new doctrine known as "Dignitas Infinita" or "Infinite Dignity" which declares that so-called "gender-affirming care" is a grave violation of human dignity, placing it on the same level as abortion or euthanasia.

The document rejects "gender theory" and affirms Scripture's declaration that men and women are biologically different, that it is impossible for one to become the other, and that attempting to change a person's sex is trying to "make oneself God."

"It follows that any sex-change intervention, as a rule, risks threatening the unique dignity the person has received from the moment of conception," the document says.

The fact that the Vatican has issued a statement that basically affirms what the Bible already says to be true about gender and sexuality shouldn't be breaking news. But in today's culture, where compromise of the truth is coming, an uncompromising allegiance to God's Word and faithfulness to Jesus Christ is news.

Just look at professing Catholic, President Joe Biden.

Resurrection Sunday is arguably the high point of the Christian calendar, a celebration of Christ's sacrifice and His triumph over death and the grave -- two of the most consequential events in all of human history. Resurrection Sunday celebrates the foundation of the Christian faith.

Despite this, and despite being a self-described Catholic, Joe Biden decided that this Resurrection Sunday was the time to celebrate the unbiblical concept of gender, and in the process, made a mockery of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection. He issued a proclamation declaring Resurrection Sunday to be the "Transgender Day of Visibility."

His decision was an insult to Bible-believing Christians across the country. How a self-described Catholic could support this ideology, let alone declare a celebration of it on Resurrection Sunday, is unfathomable.

Unfortunately, I wish I was surprised.

John, you know as well as I do that Joe Biden and his administration have relentlessly pursued policies and actions that are in blatant violation of biblical truth and nature itself. This is just one more example of the Biden Administration's hostility towards biblical truth.

Not only is this extremely offensive to Bible-believing Christians, but it perpetrates a dangerous and deceptive agenda that puts children in America at grave risk.

Stories like this prove the necessity of organizations like Family Research Council. We've stood on the frontlines of cultural battles like these for forty years, educating policymakers and voters across the country on what Scripture says on these issues. We are committed to defending the faith against these constant attacks, and you can join the fight by partnering with FRC today.

Unsurprisingly, the mainstream media immediately tried to run damage control after the backlash from Christians. The claim was that "Transgender Day of Visibility" always fell on March 31, and so the fact that it coincided with Resurrection Sunday was purely a coincidence.

That is a lie.

Here's the truth. The so-called "Transgender Day of Visibility" isn't an actual holiday. Joe Biden has declared it every year since 2021 through an executive proclamation. The fact of the matter is that Joe Biden made the conscious decision to declare a blatantly unbiblical "holiday" on the most sacred day of the year.

Ironically, he did this just as a new study came out indicating that two out of three children who identify as transgender will no longer identify as transgender by the time they reach adulthood -- if they are not locked into this dangerous ideology.

This study isn't exactly ground-breaking; numerous other studies have reached similar conclusions. It's just confirmation of what you and I already knew.

The fact that President Biden would actively celebrate a mental health condition that most affected kids grow out of, and that has been scientifically disproven, is both disturbing and outrageous.

The ideology of transgenderism is a dangerous threat to children everywhere.

That's why FRC worked with other organizations to develop model legislation, the SAFE Act, back in 2017 to protect our kids from this predatory ideology, then presented it to state and federal lawmakers as a model.

In 2020, we were proud to work with legislators in Arkansas who passed the very first bill, overriding a gubernatorial veto. Since then, we've seen SAFE Act-style legislation enacted in 24 states!

We continue to work with policymakers across the country to implement the bill in other states. We are even working with members of Congress to introduce bills to protect children at the federal level!

But we need your help to protect children nationwide through this life-saving legislation.

STAND WITH FRC

While many people both in and out of the church are caving to the LGBTQ+ agenda, thankfully, the Vatican is still holding to the fact that "male and female he created them" (Genesis 1:27).

Our hope is that their statement will embolden Catholics and other Christians across America to vote in a way that adheres with biblical truth. Even Joe Biden.

In the meantime, FRC will continue to push to protect children in all fifty states, through state and federal legislation, so that our children are protected from this radical and dangerous ideology.

We're also reporting on this topic from a biblical worldview through the Washington Watch broadcast and The Washington Stand news outlet so that you and your family can stay informed about these threats to your children and families!

The mainstream media will continue to engage in a coordinated effort to intimidate and silence policymakers and stir up fear among those who want to protect children.

But FRC will never back down from protecting the next generation.

We are committed to defending the faith from these predatory and unbiblical ideas and promoting biblical truth in our nation's capital and across the nation. But we can't do it alone.

John, will you join us?

Thank you for taking a stand to defend our children from gender radicalism.
