Yesterday, the Arizona Supreme Court upheld a total abortion ban with no exceptions, siding with a law that dates back to 1864. This decision comes months after the Texas Supreme Court ordered Kate Cox to risk her life by forcing her to carry an unviable pregnancy to term.

Thanks to MAGA Republicans like Donald Trump and Ted Cruz -- along with extremist Texas Supreme Court justices Jimmy Blacklock, John Devine, and Jane Bland -- people across the country are having their rights rolled back in a campaign of cruelty.

Here’s the bottom line, y’all -- denying Americans abortion care without exceptions is to deny the fundamental understanding of human rights, dignity, and freedom. 

This November, we have the opportunity to restore humanity to women’s healthcare by keeping Joe Biden in the White House, electing Democratic Texas Supreme Court nominees like Judges Christine Weems, DaSean Jones, and Bonnie Lee Goldstein, and rejecting Ted Cruz’s extremism by electing Congressman Colin Allred to the U.S. Senate.
