There are no two ways about it: Our country is in crisis. In ways few would have predicted just a few months ago, COVID-19 has not only left the country in anguish, it is decimating the economy. Like so many, our work at No Labels is aimed primarily at supporting those working to #StopTheVirus and #GetBackToWork. The situation today in Washington is tenuous. Democrats and Republicans were able to set their differences aside in two early votes on major legislation to help point the way to recovery. But more action is required—and we’re already seeing narrow-minded partisanship creep back into the prevailing political rhetoric.
