Yesterday, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled that an 1864 total abortion ban — by penalty of prison — was enforceable. This gut-wrenching news was only made possible because of the fall of Roe v. Wade, orchestrated by Donald Trump and conservative activists.

Becca’s exactly right: Abortion is on the ballot this November, and we must come together to elect a pro-choice majority in the House of Representatives, protect the Senate majority, and re-elect President Biden. Countless Americans depend on it.

When Roe fell back in 2022, we knew that reproductive rights in our country were at terrible risk. But nearly two years later, it is heartbreaking to continue to see new decisions and restrictions come out of states.
