John – did you hear the news out of Arizona?

On Tuesday, the Arizona Supreme Court upheld a 160-year-old abortion ban. The bill was enacted in 1864, nearly 60 years before women were granted the right to vote.

This archaic ban makes abortion illegal at the time of conception and includes a mandatory prison sentence for doctors who perform an abortion, meaning that Arizona now has one of the most extreme abortion bans in the country, and we know anti-choice extremists will keep pushing to enact these bans across the country.

When the GOP wanted to restrict access to abortion in Ohio, we fought back. And we won. Now, we must do it again.

We need your help to have the resources necessary to once again fight back against extremist Republicans. Help us fight for abortion access nationwide by rushing $5 now →
