Team — this is one of the worst abortion bans our country has ever seen:

Yesterday, Arizona’s Supreme Court upheld a restrictive abortion law from the 1860s that outlaws abortion with NO exception for rape and incest.

How did we get here, where near-total abortion bans are becoming commonplace? Two words: MAGA extremism.

FIRST: The ultra-right supermajority in Florida’s Supreme Court approved a six week abortion ban, setting a dangerous precedent for other states.

THEN: MAGA leader Trump tried to backtrack on his extremist abortion stance by saying he will let states decide — even though we know he will sign a national abortion ban into law.

NOW: Judges in Arizona are using a law from the Civil War to restrict reproductive freedom for everyone, and it’s going into effect later this month.

We can’t allow our reproductive rights to be rolled back by centuries.
