John,

Last week, our part-time senator declared via X (formerly Twitter) that
President Biden’s reelection campaign was “crashing” and "burning.”

He should probably look in a mirror.

While polling has continued to shift in the ongoing Senate race between
Ted and his Democratic rival, Colin Allred, one thing has become
increasingly clear: the walls are starting to close in on Ted’s reelection
chances.

We’ll explain why in just a moment — but if you can right now, [ [link removed] ]please
chip in $5 to power our grassroots movement to Cut Cruz this
November.

Last Wednesday, Ted introduced a new fundraising tactic: begging Fox News
viewers for donations while complaining about Allred’s recent fundraising
successes.

John — Ted is
realizing that his reelection is no longer a foregone conclusion. And
that’s what we’ve been saying along.

In 2018, Ted barely eked out a victory over Beto O’Rourke, winning by less
than 3 percent of the vote. Since then Ted has:

* Played an instrumental role in fomenting the January 6th insurrection
and seeking to overturn the 2020 election.

* Fled Texas for Cancun during a historic blizzard that saw Texans
freeze in their homes.

* Spent more time on Fox News and X/Twitter than we'd like to count.

* Continued to rack up ethical violations left and right.

While Ted’s reelection is no longer a guaranteed outcome — this race is
shaping up to be among the most competitive Senate races this year. If
we’re going to protect and build on the hard-fought progress we’ve made in
the last few years, we need to protect AND expand our Senate majority.

That means retiring Ted Cruz once and for all,
John.
