On behalf of our board and staff, I am thrilled to share the PEAK Grantmaking 2023 Impact Report, which chronicles another incredible year of evolution—and unwavering commitment to driving equity in philanthropy—for our organization.

As you know, we at PEAK aspire to set a bold example for the sector. In 2023, we advanced along our equity journey, leaned into the practice of emergent learning, sharpened our strategy, and deepened our commitment to be a people-centered workplace. This past year saw us making strides in building the tools needed for members of the PEAK community to advocate for themselves as change agents, champion and amplify issues and policies that better serve people and our sector, and help us to discern opportunity gaps where PEAK can lead.

Thank you for being an essential part of our community and for your contributions to our collective efforts.
