How did eForm Transfer Times Fall So Fast? Check out our latest video to learn about the changes to eForms processing...

Transfer times for eForm applications continue to fall! Trust applicants are watching transfer times get faster and faster by the day. Last month the median transfer time according to Silencer Shop was 156 days. Two weeks ago it was 140 days, and this week they are at 136 days! There has never been a better time to buy a suppressor.

But how did transfer times get so fast?

These improvements to eForms transfer times are a direct result of ASA’s work over the last 10+ years. ASA has organized multiple Industry Roundtables at ATF Headquarters, worked with members of Congress to press ATF leadership on transfer times, and served as the voice of the suppressor community. This led to changes at NFA Division that have dramatically sped up Form 4 transfers, bringing many approvals down to a matter of days, or mere hours! ATF openly stated that the new and improved processing times are the “new normal” and are expected to continue!
