Dear friend,

With each new report of a school shooting, the wounds of our own loss reopen. The pain is raw, the memories vivid, as I recall the tragic day my wife Jennifer and I had our daughter Gina taken from us, along with 16 other beautiful souls.

As the President of Stand with Parkland and a grieving parent, I find myself deeply troubled by the recent events in Michigan. It is devastating to learn that vital information was withheld , potentially preventing this senseless tragedy. The recent sentencing of the shooter's parents only serves to underscore the urgent need for accountability and responsibility in preventing such acts of violence.

Our hearts ache for the victims and their families. We stand in solidarity with them as they navigate this unimaginable pain. But beyond our grief, we must also find strength in our resolve.

We cannot allow these tragedies to become commonplace.

That's why we're mobilizing in every state to call for safe storage laws and advocating tirelessly for stronger measures to keep our schools safe. But we need your help to make a real impact. Your support can make a difference. Please consider making a donation of $5, $50, $500 or any amount today to support our advocacy efforts and ensure that tragedies like these never happen again. Our children deserve nothing less.

Thank you,
