John,

The Arizona Supreme Court's decision calling for a near-total ban on abortion should remind us again that abortion rights and women's health will always be on the ballot. Elections matter.

By reinstating a 160-year old abortion ban law, the Arizona high Court's action demonstrates that progress can be ended at any moment by those who want to take us back to a dark age when women were silenced as they began to organize for rights and suffrage, and willingly even hid their gender to fight in the Civil War.

Outraged? The Arizona Supreme Court may have rolled back the law, but we will not roll over for any laws that put our health and lives at risk.

Sign up here to join our fight in letting Arizona and the rest of the nation know that California will not back down in further strengthening reproductive rights for all.
