Today, Arizona’s Supreme Court upheld an extreme and harmful ban on
abortion from over 160 years ago. This will greatly restrict access to 
fundamental reproductive rights for millions of people in Arizona. As an
organization dedicated to fighting for progressive values and protecting
reproductive rights, we are deeply troubled by this decision and the
impact it will have on so many lives, including millions of Nevadans.

The recent ruling in Arizona is a stark reminder of the constant threats
facing reproductive rights across the country. It is now more crucial than
ever that we stand together and fight back against these dangerous attacks
on our freedoms. We cannot let this unjust ban go unchallenged. Given the
Arizona ruling, many people in Arizona will now turn to Nevada to get
their reproductive care.
