Dear friend, 

I want you to know I am working tirelessly, and across party lines, to help Ohio get through the challenging times created by the COVID-19 crisis.

I’ve helped secure support and relief for hard-hit workers, families, small businesses, and health care workers, led the charge to modernize the nation’s pandemic response systems and joined a bipartisan push to mobilize American industry to produce supplies needed on the front lines. 

As the Ranking Member of the House Small Business Committee, I am especially fighting to help Ohio small businesses and their workers during these challenging times, including helping craft and pass the Paycheck Protection Program that begins processing applications today to help small businesses continue to make payroll.

I’ve also been working with Governor Mike DeWine and medical experts to keep Ohio families informed and help keep our communities safe.

By continuing to put aside political differences and work together, Ohio will emerge stronger on the other side of this crisis.
