In an utterly stunning and draconian decision, the Arizona Supreme Court just outlawed virtually all abortions in my State.  This ruling is based on an 1864 law before Arizona was even a State!

They also went after abortion providers in their ruling stating “physicians are now on notice that all abortions, except those necessary to save a woman’s life, are illegal,” and also ruled that criminal sanctions may now apply for abortions performed after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

My race as a Democrat to win this flippable seat from a MAGA Republican, David Schweikert, is now as clear as ever - getting rid of the GOP majority in the House, keeping the Senate and winning the White House would mean we could pass NATIONAL legislation via the Women's Health Protection Act and enshrine the right to abortion across the country.

We can do this, we must do this and I need your help more than ever to make this a reality.  This is a battle we cannot lose.
