Hello Democrats,

Today, the Arizona Supreme Court upheld an antiquated abortion ban from 1864 with no exceptions for health, rape, or incest because Trump overturned Roe v. Wade - just one day after he looked into the camera and bragged that he is “proudly the person responsible” for overturning Roe. The Arizona Supreme Court cited the Dobbs decision made possible by Trump 22 times in today’s opinion. Make no mistake - Trump and Republicans deliberately manifested the extreme, dangerous abortion bans that we are seeing across the country.

Twenty-one states already have abortion bans in effect because of Trump, the majority of which have no exceptions for rape or incest. These dangerous laws already affect more than 1 in 3 women of reproductive age in the United States.

New Mexico remains a safe haven for abortion thanks to Democrats, while neighboring states like Arizona, Texas and Utah all suffer from having these fundamental freedoms stripped away.
