Thank Gov. Evers for vetoing the pro-polluter PFAS bill

Hi John,

Today, Gov. Tony Evers once again showed his commitment to protecting the health of communities impacted by PFAS contamination. Just moments ago, he vetoed the bad Senate Bill 312, which didn’t appropriate any funding for PFAS remediation and, even worse, would have limited the DNR’s authority to force corporate polluters to clean up the mess they make.

Please take a minute to send a message to Gov. Evers and thank him for protecting our communities and advocating for clean drinking water. >>> [[link removed]]

Today is a win for clean water, but know that we still have a lot of work ahead of us. Your continued support and advocacy helped us stop this pro-polluter legislation from getting signed into law. You made the message loud and clear to our state officials – this PFAS bill should not benefit corporate polluters. Instead it must prioritize communities without access to clean drinking water.

Send a message to Gov. Evers today [[link removed]] to thank him for vetoing Senate Bill 312 and continuing to advocate for a solution that gets PFAS funding to impacted communities.

Sincerely,
Peter Burress
