Friend,

I hope you and your loved ones are staying safe during this challenging time. I know most of us have seen our lives shift in a significant way over these past few weeks, and your well-being is of utmost importance to me.

I've been fighting hard in the U.S. Senate for aid to help us get through this crisis. We've passed three emergency relief bills, including bipartisan legislation to provide critical support for Granite State workers, families, small businesses, hospitals and health care providers. But we know more needs to be done to flatten the curve and contain the coronavirus, as well as repair the economic damage it has done.

Just as this public health crisis has changed the way our schools and workplaces operate, it's changing our campaign, too. Because all of our in-person campaign events have been canceled, we're relying more on emails like this one to keep you up-to-date on the state of our race. I'm grateful to you for engaging with us online.

On that note, I do have good news to share with you today. Thanks to this grassroots team, we met our March fundraising goal, and we closed out the first quarter of 2020 strong. Hitting this goal was critical in our path to winning this race and taking back the Senate for Democrats in November. Your support means so much to me.

While our means of staying in touch and building this community will continue to shift in the weeks ahead, our goals remain the same: fighting for progress for Granite Staters and keeping New Hampshire's Senate seat blue in November. As always, I'm glad you're part of our team.

Please stay safe and healthy, and be sure to look out for one another in this difficult time. We'll get through this together.
