Center for American Liberty

Dear Fellow American,

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) just banned men who pretend to be women from competing in women’s sports.

Now I’m asking you to sign this emergency petition demanding the National Collegiate Athletic Association – widely known as the NCAA – do the same.

Will you take 30 seconds right now to add your name to the BAN MEN FROM WOMEN’S SPORTS Petition?

My goal is to collect 1,000,000 signatures to send to NCAA President Charlie Baker in the next few weeks.

As the attorney of three young women who were coerced by medical professionals into taking puberty-blocking drugs, pumping their bodies full of cross-sex hormones, and amputating their healthy breasts when they were barely teenagers…

…I know just how dangerous it is for an influential organization like the NCAA to glorify medically transitioning children.

As a woman, I understand how unsafe it can be to force girls to share a locker room and other vulnerable spaces with men.

And as a conservative, I recognize that it’s a violation of our constitutional freedoms for the “transgender” movement to ignore obvious distinctions between men and women —erasing equal opportunities that real women fought so hard to achieve and pass to future generations of women.

This is why I’m urgently asking you to add your name to the BAN MEN FROM WOMEN’S SPORTS Petition right away.

My name is Harmeet Dhillon and I’m the CEO and Founder of the Center for American Liberty – a conservative not-for-profit law firm that is leading the charge against the woke transgender agenda.

  • We’re suing Kaiser Permanente and the child mutilators who medically transitioned Chloe Cole to a “boy” when she was just 13 years old. Chloe did not give informed consent and now faces a lifetime of serious medical issues because of the drugs, hormones, and surgeries forced on her.
  • We just sent a demand letter on behalf of a grandmother who was banned for life from her local YMCA because she confronted a man in the ladies’ locker room – who was wearing a women’s bathing suit and watching two little girls undress. The YMCA called the police on Julie, demonized her in the community, and banished her from the pool she frequented for 40 years.
  • And we’re headed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for a major hearing in the case of a California mother whose daughter was secretly transitioned to a “boy” at school. The fifth-grade child was given a new name, new pronouns, and new bathroom—all without so much as a phone call to mom for her permission.  This radical school district robbed her mother, Aurora Regino, of her God-given parental rights to raise her child the way she sees fit.

I won’t mince words…

Robbing women of equal opportunities in college athletics AND forcing them to share locker rooms and showers with males is unacceptable.  But that’s exactly what the NCAA is doing.

It’s an attack on the God-given rights and constitutional freedoms of every American.

And it’s up to you and me to stop it.  Right here, right now.

That’s why after signing the BAN MEN FROM WOMEN’S SPORTS Petition, I ask that you make a tax-deductible donation of $25 to the Center for American Liberty.

Your generous support will ensure we have the resources to win our groundbreaking litigation on behalf of Chloe, Julie, Aurora, and many others.

More importantly, your signature on this vital petition will send a clear message – not just to the leaders in college athletics but to every radical leading a school district, hospital, or athletic facility in America – that you won’t tolerate this lunacy a moment longer.

So please follow this link to sign the BAN MEN FROM WOMEN’S SPORTS Petition and make your best tax-deductible donation right away.

If the NAIA can protect women’s sports, so can the NCAA.

Let’s build off this momentum.

Thank you in advance for your support.

God Bless,

Harmeet K. Dhillon
