FIRST: In February, the Alabama Supreme Court ruled to restrict access to in vitro fertilization (IVF) — essentially BANNING it in an egregious attack on women and Alabamians seeking to start families.

THEN: Just last week, the Florida Supreme Court ruled to trigger a SIX-week abortion ban beginning in May.

NOW: Over a dozen states have introduced legislation to grant embryos personhood, seeking to implement the blatantly unjust ruling from Alabama nationwide.

To cut to the chase, reproductive rights are on the chopping block this year. And we refuse to allow extremist, anti-choice Republicans to bulldoze through our freedoms.

In 2023, Forward Majority invested $1 million to flip the Virginia House of Delegates and hold the State Senate, securing a Democratic majority in the Virginia General Assembly.
