We are proud to share with you our support for a candidate slate in key, historic state and federal races.

Nothing says building Latino political power like electing the first Latinos to the U.S. Senate, which is why we are proud to support Congressman Ruben Gallego in Arizona and Debbie Mucarsel-Powell in Florida. We’re also supporting Latinos in congressional historic races: Emily Randall, who would be the first Latina elected to Washington’s 6th Congressional District and first Latina LGBTQ to serve in Congress; Joseph Alfonso, who would be the first Latino elected to Congress in Michigan, Marlene Galán-Woods, who would be the first Latina elected to Congress in Arizona;  Elizabeth Guzman, who would be the first Latina elected to Congress in Virginia, and Eddy Morales, who would be the first LGBTQ Latino elected to Congress in Oregon. 

We’re also proud to support one of OUR CHAMPIONS, Jesús “Chuy” Garcia, who is running for reelection in Illinois’ 4th Congressional District, and Juan Dominguez, a veteran and business leader running for Maryland’s 3rd Congressional District. 

Finally - we want to say that down-ballot races are the heart of representation and this month, we proudly announced the endorsement of Rebecca Saldaña, candidate for Public Land Commissioner and potential first Latina elected to an executive office in Washington, Canek Aguirre for Alexandria City Council, Zuraya Tapia-Hadley for Arlington School Board. 

With this powerhouse bench of Latinos leaders running for office, Latinos can win big on the ballot as candidates and at the ballot box, as the second-largest voting bloc. The 2024 presidential election is critical—our economy,  health care access, reproductive freedom, and our very own democracy are on the line.
