John, this is extremely alarming.
Video surveillance shows that absentee ballots were unequivocally tampered with in a recent mayoral primary election.
I realize some of you may not be concerned about a local election, but this should be shocking to all people and all parties - EVERYWHERE. Even Democrats have admitted, it’s not just happening in one place, they just won’t admit how big of a problem this really is.
John, If you can recall, I lost my 2022 election for Connecticut’s 5th Congressional District by just 2,000 votes - 0.6%, to be exact. Ours was the FIFTH CLOSEST race in the entire United States of America! My last election was WAY too close to take election security for granted.
It’s not enough to expose the dirty tactics, the BAGS of ballots, stuffing dropboxes, and manipulating absentee votes. Something must be done to restore faith in our elections.
