Once every few years, we all experience this astrological and astronomical spectacle together. Unlike our former president, I tried to catch the 20% glimpse of the eclipse from Washington state… with my glasses on. 🕶️

Many believe a solar eclipse is a good time for a political revolution to make our economy work for everyone. Now is the time to dedicate ourselves to getting rid of dark money, corruption, and the MAGA-fueled hatred that plagues our government.

From the abuse of the filibuster and corruption on the Supreme Court, to on-the-ground crises that are ignored and looked over by entrenched Republicans. It’s clear: this system does not work for us, John. 

Within the next 6 months, Democrats will be tested on the air, on social media, and at the polls — but we have a clear opportunity to undo this broken status quo and finally take action for poor and working people.
