John,

Just hours ago, we filed an emergency brief in Federal Appeals Court to shut down Planned Parenthood from continuing to perform elective abortions in this pandemic.

Hospitals and medical professionals battling this Coronavirus pandemic are in desperate need of critical masks and medical equipment. States are banning elective procedures to not only protect people from getting infected, but also to conserve this key medical equipment.

Planned Parenthood is refusing to comply. It's filing reckless lawsuits in state after state, demanding it be allowed to keep performing elective abortions. This is infuriating.

Planned Parenthood is killing babies, putting people at risk, and making it harder to fight this pandemic. We can't let them get away with this evil.

At the ACLJ, we've been successfully advocating states shut down elective abortions during this pandemic. Killing babies is NOT "essential," and 11 states have agreed. We've just filed one critical brief, and we're preparing to file new amicus briefs in these cases. Take action with us.
