Patriot,

I need your help – RIGHT NOW!

The bill to renew Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) will be voted on by the House Rules Committee TOMORROW, April 9.

Statists on the Republican leadership team are pushing forward with their scheme to advance “RISAA” – a “reform” bill in name only – with the chance to amend in a warrant requirement on the House floor.

This issue is too important to risk putting an imperfect bill on the floor, Patriot.

Without the amendment, RISAA will actually make warrantless surveillance of Americans under Section 702 even worse.

But there is SOME good news to report. . .

There is hope the House Rules Committee will kill the bill.

You see, three Republicans on the committee have a good record on this issue:

Thomas Massie (R-KY), Chip Roy (R-TX), and Ralph Norman (R-SC) are friends of liberty, especially on this issue. And Democrat committee members typically oppose all Republican bills in that committee.

If the three Republicans named and all four Democrats vote against the bill in the Rules Committee, that is enough to bring things to a screeching halt!

You and I CAN kill RISAA – but only if you take action NOW!

It’s urgent you call all three representatives and urge them to stand strong for liberty and vote NO on RISAA in the Rules Committee.

Rep. Thomas Massie – (202) 225-3465
Rep. Chip Roy – (202) 225-4236
Rep. Ralph Norman – (202) 225-5501

Every member of the committee is under extreme pressure from House leadership. Congressional leaders want the Deep State to be able to keep spying on you and me.

The only leverage supporters of liberty have to end this unconstitutional program is to shut down RISAA and force leadership to bring the Protect Liberty and End Warrantless Surveillance Act to the floor . . . or just let 702 expire.

That’s why it’s urgent you call all three reresentatives and urge them to stand strong for liberty and vote NO on RISAA.

Rep. Thomas Massie – (202) 225-3465
Rep. Chip Roy – (202) 225-4236
Rep. Ralph Norman – (202) 225-5501

Call all three. They hold the key to ending unconstitutional mass surveillance.

Ask them to vote against the rule for RISAA, the warrantless mass surveillance renewal.

If Speaker Mike Johnson is so worried about Section 702 expiring, he can bring the Protect Liberty and End Warrantless Surveillance Act to the floor.

We will keep you posted on this white-hot issue throughout the week.

Please make those three phone calls now and urge Reps. Massie, Roy, and Norman to vote “NO” on RISAA in the Rules Committee tomorrow.

For Liberty,

John McCardell

P.S. If the four Democrats on the committee follow their unwritten rule to oppose all Republican bills, these three Republicans on the Rules Committee can shut down the RISAA mass surveillance renewal bill.

So please call all three representatives and urge them to stand strong for liberty and vote NO on RISAA.

Rep. Thomas Massie – (202) 225-3465
Rep. Chip Roy – (202) 225-4236
Rep. Ralph Norman – (202) 225-5501

Call, call, and call until you get through!
