Help me end the lawfare against President Trump


John, I wanted you to hear about this from me.



I just filed a request with the New York Committee on Professional Standards
urging the state’s Attorney Grievance Committee toinvestigate and disbar AG
Letitia James for her unprofessional and malicious handling of her case against
President Trump.



As open borders policies and disastrous “no bail” laws have led to a crime
wave in the Empire State it appears that NY’s Attorney General is only
interested in launching personal attacks against her political opponents and
prosecuting a non-criminal dispute over the value of some of President Trump's
real estate assets.



To a non-partisan observer this would seem confusing but Letitia James has
made it clear that her primary mission as AG is to go after President Trump.



And this personal vendetta goes all the way back to the beginning of Trump’s
Presidency.



At that time Ms. James was leading “die-in” protests against President Trump
and claimed that she was leading “the resistance” against him in NYC where she
will “continue to do so in every way possible.”



But it did not stop there.



She then proceeded to build her entire campaign platform for AG in 2018 on a
promise to Democrat voters that she would find any way possible to criminally
charge President Trump whether he was innocent or not.



Her behavior does not reflect the actions of an unbiased attorney seeking
justice but rather the actions of a partisan delivering on campaign promises.



The entire case against President Trump is just an example of Democrat lawfare
where Radical Leftists abuse their positions of power to weaponize our
government and judicial system to go after their political opponents.



It cannot be understated how damaging these partisan witch-hunts are for the
country and they must be put to an end immediately.



As the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia once eloquently stated “the
distinctiveness of America is the structure of our government”.



If we let Extremists like Letitia James destroy the independence of our
judiciary then the rights of all Americans will be nothing more than what
Scalia described as a “parchment guarantee”.



That’s why it is crucial that patriots from across the nation join me and
demand the immediate investigation and disbarment of NY Attorney General
Letitia James.

it will get swept under the rug by Joe Biden’s allies.



John, the simple truth is that Democrats are terrified that President Trump
continues to rise in the polls and they know that unless they smear him in
court he will win back the White House this November.



The relentless lawfare waged against President Trump is the Left's last-ditch
effort to prop up Joe Biden's diminishing hopes at re-election.



It will only stop when Americans make it clear to them that we are fed up and
we will no longer tolerate the weaponization of our institutions.



I am happy to lead this fight but I cannot do it alone, please make your voice
heard with me so we can hold Letitia James accountable.
