Thank you for making this such an impactful NDAFW!

The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), along with the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), would like to thank the individuals, organizations, and agencies around the country and world that planned events and activities for *"National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week?"* (NDAFW) 2024.

The volume and variety of activities that took place this year was impressive! Participants shared their involvement in NDAFW in many ways, including:

* Launching social media and educational campaigns.
* Hosting assemblies, panel presentations, and webinars.
* Crafting and sharing engaging videos.
* Creating and displaying personal murals and posters.
* Playing interactive and educational games, like NIDA?s Kahoot! quizzes.
* Requesting proclamations to recognize NDAFW.

In total there were over *2,300* events registered in every state across the United States and 21 other countries!

To all those involved, thank you again for starting and continuing important conversations and learning opportunities about the science of substance use, and making a lasting, and potentially life-saving, impact in your communities through your NDAFW events and activities.

*Join us again next year: National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week will take place March 17-23, 2025!*
