HONORING THE FLAG

There is a repository at the IRC-REC Headquarters where you may bring flags that need 'retirement'. They will be transported by a veteran to Sebastian where a dignified and respectful ceremony will retire the flag with honor.

[Please call the REC HQ to make sure a volunteer is there when you bring the flag in.
