Hey Comrades,

We hope that this email finds you safe and healthy in this difficult time. As the COVID-19 crisis heightens, we know that more and more working class people are out of work and lacking the financial resources they need to sustain themselves and their families. Our government and institutions are failing us. We all know that the promised $1,200 checks in the recently passed stimulus bill will not begin to cover the basic needs of families who have no income. We trust that people know what it is they need, and that cash is the most effective way to provide support for those who are struggling to pay their bills and provide for their families.

These are uncertain and difficult times for many of us, which is why community and solidarity are essential, now more than ever. Denver DSA has committed to working with the Front Range Mutual Aid Network (FRMAN) to provide and seek resources for our community members impacted by COVID-19.
