Senator Taddeo is the embodiment of the American dream. After fleeing Colombia at age 17 when her father was kidnapped by Marxist guerillas, she built a successful small business. Then she made history as the first Latina Democrat to serve in the Florida Senate and was subsequently reelected in 2018 to a four year term.
Throughout her career, Annette has shown she can get the job done, protecting taxpayer dollars, defending our democracy, and ensuring government works for all of us.
From fighting against Tallahassee's constant attack on Miami-Dade’s home rule, or fighting tirelessly to ensure Miami-Dade residents received their unemployment insurance checks during COVID, to fighting against corruption and fraud in her district to ensure justice is served for hardworking constituents.
On Annette’s birthday, we have so much to celebrate. Join me in wishing her a happy birthday by signing the card and donating $4.07 today.
Thank you for being a part of our team,
