" MAGA Mike " was a little-known Congressman from Louisiana who has championed election denial, gay conversion therapy, anti-abortion efforts, and other extreme causes. Even as a MAGA champion, there continues to be debate over how long he'll hold the gavel in the face of the deals he may need to make to keep the government open.
Case in point: Marjorie Taylor Greene has already introduced another "motion to vacate" because Speaker Johnson worked with Democrats to pass a budget.
