Hello, True Texans!
Every Sunday I send out a TTP newsletter. Actually I send out 18 of them! It's a lot of work! To make it easier, someone else creates the event links, and I just add my personal message at the top. Well, somehow that extra help fell through the cracks this week, and here it is time to send the email and there's no time to write 18 different ones. So... everyone is getting this same message. Hey, we're all one big, happy family anyway, right? It will have to be a bit longer (please don't email me to complain), and it won't have all the fun graphics, convenient satellite links, and local pictures, but it will suffice, and next Sunday hopefully we will be back on track. The biggest news is that our latest podcast dropped on Friday! This month it was me and Susan instead of me and Fran. Don't know Susan? Watch the video! We had a great conversation with Jeffrey Stamm on The Straight Dope: Drugs, the Border, and the Assault on America. If you've already seen his presentation, watch anyway. I learned some things!
With Election Day less than 8 months away, we need to mobilize Texas patriots to become Poll Watchers and Poll Workers! Sign up TODAY to represent Texas. Voters should have faith that elections will be FAST – Fair, Accurate, Secure, and Transparent. With your help, we will deliver wins for Texas up and down the ballot this November.

VICTORY!
Last Fall we encouraged you to watch The Texas Heist - a documentary about the Texas Speaker (which included an interview with True TX Project). There's an update, After The Heist, which I think will make you happy. Remember the Dirty Dozen? Only 5 are assured a return to the Texas legislature. Wow! Well done, patriots!
Notice that 4 of them are in runoffs. This means we need all hands on deck supporting their challengers! This includes David Covey, Katrina Pierson, David Lowe, and Andy Hopper. There are other runoffs that are just as important. See our list here, and help where you can.

A Little Secret...
Here's a little secret. Because the caterer is gone for the weekend, the headcount we were required to turn in at the end of the day on Friday for our big gala won't be seen until Monday. This means if you intended to attend Texas Tough but dragged your feet and missed the deadline, you still can get in! Hurry!

What's Next?
This is the part of the email where you usually get an update on local news and events, pictures of friends you know, and handy personalized links to what's going on this week and your local chat groups, donation pages, etc. Instead, I'm just gonna save myself a ton of time and post our two calendars for April... one with social events, and one with meetings. Then, to get all the info about anything that interests you, just go to our website calendar.
