GET THE FACTS: National Debt Disaster!

This week, our national debt reached more than $34.6 trillion. To put that into perspective, that's nearly $103,000 per person. Yet, President Biden and the democrats insist we keep on spending and leave the next generation to deal with the consequences; but these consequences will come a lot sooner than they think. It is estimated that this year the interest payments on the national debt will exceed the budget of the Department of Defense by nearly 5.7%. This is simply out-of-control and quickly becoming a national security threat. However, instead of addressing this problem, President Biden wants to tack even more money onto this already massive debt by adding an additional $1 trillion in climate programs we cannot afford. This is unacceptable. It's time for us to take on our national debt once and for all before it is too late. Our national security and our country's future is at stake.

The fifth service academy, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy does not require a congressional nomination for appointment. For more information click here.
