Most of us take our access to clean, lifegiving water for granted. Today on World Water Day, we're hoping you'll take a moment to consider the following 4 facts about water and how it relates to health inequity around the world.
We all have a part to play in ensuring everyone can live safely with the clean water they need -- right now in places like Haiti and in the future by being mindful of our own water-wasting habits.
1: Cholera is back in Haiti and threatening thousands of lives. Eradicating cholera requires our continued investment in water and sanitation infrastructure. Project HOPE is on the ground to help.
