Victory: State Law Saving Babies' Lives Upheld.

In another massive win last week, a district court denied efforts to dismiss our lawsuit against a city that banned the lifesaving work of pro-life counselors.

It's a key victory for our clients and free speech, but the legal battle isn't over. The court ordered a second hearing to address the constitutionality of the law. And we are about to appeal a very similar case to the U.S. Supreme Court in just a few weeks.
