John,
It seems that each new day brings a new challenge as we face the global Coronavirus pandemic.
Across the country, though, we’re seeing everyday Americans step up to do their part — from health care workers and first responders who are fighting on the frontlines of this outbreak, to grocery store employees and truck drivers who continue to provide essential services for our families during the crisis. We’re grateful to each and every one of those frontline workers.
Last week in Congress, my colleagues and I passed the third relief package aimed at getting families, hospitals, and small businesses the support and resources they need during this crisis — including the To Small To Fail Act I introduced to help small businesses stay afloat and keep employees on-board.
Amid this crisis, Team Kendra has kept working to reach voters across OK-5. We’ve replaced face-to-face events with virtual operations to connect with our supporters and gear up for our primary election just a few months from now.
In the meantime, please continue to check the CDC website and the OKC County Health Department website for up-to-date health and safety information.
This situation continues to develop quickly from day to day, but I’m confident that we will come out on the other side if we continue to work together to keep one another safe.
Thank you for all you’re doing,
Kendra
