**Hi, my name is Mesfin Worku and I’ve been working for the last three years as Senior Dairy Cow Management Officer for Ripple Effect, Ethiopia.**

 

In a recent interview, I shared the challenges faced by families in the Wolayita area, where poverty and hunger are prevalent. Despite these challenges, my team and I at Ripple Effect remains dedicated to making a meaningful difference in rural communities.
