The SH 21 project limits are from County Road to Old Highway 20, approximately 7 miles in length. Bastrop County?s rapid growth (20% from 2010 to 2020) has increased traffic volumes. This project is needed to accommodate existing and projected traffic volumes to improve safety and mobility.
