That's why Pro-Popular Vote state legislators in states like Michigan are working harder than ever to get the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact through their statehouses, once and for all.
And they're having tremendous success!
According to recent reporting, now that Maine has joined the NPVIC, Michigan is our best next chance to add a crucial, swing state to the mix. In fact, progress in the Great Lakes State could come as early as April — when new legislators are expected to join the Statehouse!
