Team, Every day, workers in the healthcare industry, at grocery stores, in warehouses, and on delivery routes risk their lives and livelihoods to serve our communities — often without fair wages or safe conditions. Thanking these workers for their sacrifices is not enough — we must fight for them, too. That means ensuring overtime and hazard pay, healthcare, safety and sanitation equipment, paid leave, and childcare.
Healthcare workers are being forced to reuse masks and gloves, and some delivery workers’ companies refuse to provide the appropriate sanitary supplies.
