ProviderOne Batch Claim Issue Update

This past week, Health Care Authority discovered an issue with an updated version of the provider profile of ProviderOne that caused batch claims for some provider types to error out and reject, forcing providers to enter claims manually and individually. They have identified the cause and are updating the system overnight today, April 5, to fix the issue. We expect the claim process to function normally once the update is complete.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this process. DSHS Aging and Long-Term Support Administration, DDA and HCA are monitoring this issue and will communicate any new issue as it arises.
