DEAR FRIENDS,

Last weekend Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies failed their duties at a Mexican Rodeo, leaving a steer to suffer for hours with a broken leg. Deputies went out on-site and looked directly at the injured animal and all other animals in the paddock and saw no issues. In fact, all they saw were animals “in good health.”

They didn’t do their job last week, and we don’t have a good feeling about tomorrow.

We also have multiple cockfights going on this weekend!
