Dear Friend/Republican Supporters,
We hope you are having a blessed and healthy April, all things considered. The
novel coronavirus has been a trying burden upon us all. Here are some updates:

* Our April REC meeting is hereby canceled pursuant to the Governor DeSantis's order
that all Floridians should stay home for 30 days. Our May meeting is tentative.
* All RPOF chartered Republican clubs are also canceled for April.
* Delegate Selection Caucuses for Districts 18, 20, 21, and 22 are being rescheduled
for early June.
* The Golf Tournament, scheduled for May 30, 2020, is now "tentative" and may have
to be postponed until 2021.
* Regarding Lincoln Day: we are in talks with management at Mar-a-Lago for a new
date in October. We want to thank all of our Lincoln Day donors, patrons, and supporters
for their patience and understanding during this time.

* Army for Trump: The Army for Trump website will provide a one-stop online destination
to get involved with President Trump's re-election campaign, allowing people to
become a volunteer or activist in communities throughout the country. Providing
a unique experience for online visitors, the website will include options for: registering
voters, becoming a Trump Team leader, making calls on Trump Talk, knocking on doors,
hosting a MAGA meetup, and other opportunities to join President Trump's army.
The coronavirus has drastically changed the way we work. However, the work remains
to be done, and that will include:

* Opening campaign offices in Boca Raton, Jupiter/North Palm Beach, and Wellington.
We anticipate fully functioning offices to be up and running by no later than July.
* Recruiting and training poll watchers and poll workers.
* Making calls from home.
* Letters to the Editor: now is the perfect time to contact the Palm Beach Post
and Sun Sentinel to show your support for President Trump and to let the community
know what an excellent job he is doing for our nation.
Your Palm Beach GOP leadership will provide periodic updates on our work. We hope
but cannot guarantee that life will soon return to normal. Let's work to ensure
that America remembers at election time that when Democrats chose to play politics
in a time of crisis, the Republican Party and President Trump showed leadership
and strength. We are grateful to all of you for your service to our Party and
our Country. Please stay safe and follow all recommended health guidelines.
Michael A. Barnett, Chairman
