Since taking office, and with the help of Senate Democrats, President
Biden has made incredible progress toward restoring balance and integrity
to our federal judiciary, with the confirmation of more than 180 highly
qualified judges to lifetime appointments on the bench.

But shadowy right-wing special interest groups, like the Judicial Crisis
Network, are doing everything they can lately to derail that progress –
including launching smear campaigns based on lies and deceit in order to
prevent nominees from being confirmed.

We can’t let such attacks prevail. The nominees being advanced by
President Biden are eminently qualified, with a deep seated commitment to
equal justice for all, not just for the wealthy and powerful.

if he wins in November.
