Hi folks,
One of my favorite parts about serving the people of Wisconsin is getting
to travel across our state, meet with folks from different communities,
and have conversations about the most pressing issues they’re facing.
So you can imagine how excited I was to complete my statewide Dairyland
Tour, a 1,400-mile road trip across 19 counties — and all seasons! Here
are some highlights from my time on the road:

I kicked off my Dairyland Tour in Northern Wisconsin with a stop in
Superior. We were met with heavy snow, but that didn’t stop us! In fact,
our very first stop was to thank the incredible snowplow operators who
kept the roads clear and safe for those of us traveling.

I also stopped by a local small business, Thirsty Pagan Brewing, to sit
down with Superior Mayor Jim Paine and talk about our work to expand
broadband in every corner of our state.
On our way to Ashland, we took a quick detour to visit one of my favorite
coffee shops in Washburn and catch up on a few emails. There’s nothing
like a hot cup of coffee to keep us fueled during a winter storm!

The next morning, I hosted a roundtable with Bad River Tribe leaders to
discuss the work I’m doing to address disparities in health care for
Native communities in Wisconsin. I also got the chance to tour the major
expansion underway that will continue providing high-quality care for
community members.

Then, we drove down to Rhinelander to meet up with our fabulous Oneida and
Vilas County supporters.

I started the next day in Marathon County for a Main Street walk. After
visiting a few small businesses in Wausau, we drove to Appleton to tour
BenShot’s glass workshop and talked about the importance of supporting
Made in Wisconsin small businesses.
I ended my day in Jefferson County for a meet-and-greet event with our
incredible grassroots supporters!

The next day, we toured the famous New Glarus Brewing Company — one of my
favorite stops of our Dairyland tour.

Then, we made the trip to Richland Center to visit Main Street small
businesses before catching up with Vernon County supporters to talk about
the issues that matter most.

On the final day of our tour, I hosted a roundtable discussion with the
Farmer Angel Network — a Sauk County organization dedicated to helping our
farmers and rural communities access the mental health care resources they
need.

That’s a wrap! I’m taking everything I heard back to Washington to find
solutions for Wisconsinites in every corner of our state. Every person I
meet and conversation I have keeps me energized to do this work. I
couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who met us on the road — thank you,
Wisconsin!
But the truth is, I can’t do it alone — and I’ll need your support to keep
fighting for the people of Wisconsin in the Senate.
[ [link removed] ]So,
friend,
will you chip in to help me keep up the fight for Wisconsinites in the
U.S. Senate? I’m in the midst of my most competitive and expensive
reelection campaign ever, and I’m counting on your support today.
